I have a problem with my fiat 500 i am getting a message on the dash display saying "fuel cut off unavailable" , at the same time this appeared the 2 airbag warning lights came on & the red light indicating passenger not wearing seat belt came on.

There is not a 'physical' fuel cut off reset switch on the 2012-onward Panda (there was on the older model - a big red reset button under the front seat - but the later one its all controlled via the airbag computer).
One pump hits the cut off about 2 gallons into filling up, and trying to pull the trigger again still his the cut off, but the tank isn't actually full, and the fuel gauge confirms it. Hi all, Currently have a 2015 500s that is throwing up ESC unavailable and Hill Holder unavailable. Car drives absolutely fine however. Interestingly plugged into the computer at my local Indy today showed torque sensor code. BUT power steering is absolutely fine. There are no issues with the power steering or indeed lack of power steering.

Answer. In the Fiat 500 as well as in other models, the Start & Stop is the system that is responsible for turning the engine off and on independently during prolonged stops, such as a traffic light. This system needs a lot of energy from the battery, when the battery fails due to low charge, the system is automatically deactivated.
